Title of Position: HR Manager
Package: 120,000 – 150,000 Baht

Key Position:
Provide the professional HR guidance and operational support to the operations team related by HR compliance and under labor law.
Develop and implement a compensation, benefits and recognition framework that supports the strategy of the business including the plans to deploy and communicate compensation programs in the country to support the different dimension on individual compensation analysis and international assignments when needed.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- High achiever and results oriented.
- Able to manage priorities and respond dynamically to a changing and high pace environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Thai labor Law and regulations.
- Commitment to Company Group Policy, Procedure and Objectives.
- Complete understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality at all the time
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS office
