Title of Position:Head of Marketing and Sales
Package: 180,000 – 250,000 Baht

Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 5 years at managerial level.
- Outstanding team building and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work well with a variety of personalities and balance multiple work priorities.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Strong planning, time management, & organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions timely.
- Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
