Title of Position: Director of Food and Beverage
Package: 180,000 THB net

The ideal candidate will have an outstanding background in hospitality management, with a laser focus on food and beverage services. We are looking for a leader who has not only managed but excelled in orchestrating high-volume, multifaceted F&B operations within a leading hotel. A comprehensive understanding of the Bangkok dining scene, including its renowned restaurants, bars, and MICE sector, is essential. Familiarity with the competitive landscape of the hotel market in this vibrant city will be a significant advantage.
Requirement:
- An expert in revenue management strategies, with a proven ability to optimize profits while maintaining exceptional standards of service and quality.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards and compliance.
- Demonstrated skill in leading, motivating, and mentoring a diverse team, fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage department of a high-calibre hotel or similar five star hotel environment.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple dining outlets, banquet and catering, and complex operations.
