Title of Position: Executive Chef
Package: 180,000 – 190,000 Bhat.

Job Description:
- THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE in Europe cuisine and food production processes
- THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE in developing and improving on menu items, selection of raw materials and development of recipes accordingly
- THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE of Hotel’s standard on food production
- KNOWLEDGE of Hotel’s house rules and internal regulations
- ABILITY to ensure standard of food production
- ABILITY to assess requirements of raw materials and ensure ample supply, proper storage and effective control of same
- ABILITY to maximize use of raw materials such as by portioning orders and redesigning menu to use up surplus stock
Qualifications:
- Must have SE Asia working experience
- Min. 3-5 years in a similar size city hotel and big banquet area
- Young & energetic
- Creative personality
- Must have management and leadership skills
- Flexible and can contribute with new ideas
