Swissôtel has signed a management contract with Shaanxi Puyu Industrial for a 350-room hotel in Xi’an. Scheduled for completion in 2016, Swissôtel Xi’an will in the heart of phase one of China’s second national civil aerospace industrial base. The base is under construction and will be completed by 2016. It is expected to attract over 300,000.
