Job description
The Director of Finance is responsible for all accounting and financial requirements tasks and reports in an environment of tight control. Provides financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and Resort Team, with the aim of maximizing value. Develops the quality of the finance function within the Resort and provides support and technical expertise to the other members of the team.
Key responsibilities
- Drives the financial planning of the company by analyzing performance and risks.
- Retains constant awareness of the financial position and act to prevent problems.
- Sets targets and supervises all accounting and finance personnel.
- Oversees all audit and internal control operations.
- Prepares timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Forecasts and reports to executives.
- Ensures adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
Key requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in supervision of accounting functions proven experience as Director of Finance or similar role in financial leadership.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Strong inter-personal skill.
- Strong in Back Office Systems. Example, Sun and Opera.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Position is open for Thai Nationality only.
