Alila Hotels & Resorts will open three new properties this Autumn.
Alila Anji, the group’s first property in Zhejiang, China will open in September along with the Alila Seminyak, the 5th Alila property in Bali. In October 2015, the company will open the Alila Solo in Central Java, Indonesia.
Alila Seminyak, located on Bali’s south west coast, comprises of 240 contemporary styled rooms, as well as one penthouse.
The resort also offers a wealth of in-house facilities including Spa Alila which features Asian-inspired spa therapies, a gym and wellness centre, Leisure Concierge to organise signature Alila Experiences and an open-kitchen restaurant with Asian cuisine.
Alila Seminyak is one of the first resorts in Indonesia to surpass the rigorous EarthCheck standards, achieving a 44-point best practice score against the industry norm of five points.
The resort’s eco and energy solutions include the use of local and recyclable building materials, operating completely paperless and using their own bottled water. In addition, low energy light fixtures, rainwater harvesting, environmental and building management systems have been implemented.

Alila Solo, the second Alila property to open in September, is an urban resort and city retreat, located at the gateway of Solo close to the artistic hub of Java.
The thriving artistic scene in Solo is reflected throughout the hotel, which comes complete with four Alila suites, all with their own terraces and swimming pools.
The hotel is also home to a rooftop terrace bar, with panoramic views of the city, from the temples and volcanoes through to the forest green.
Alila Solo’s facilities include a restaurant, serving Indonesian food with a modern European twist, a Spa Alila with four treatment rooms, a gym, MICE facilities and a Kid’s Club.

Situated on a hillside overlooking a lake, the resort is located in the heart of the Zhejiang province, surrounded by the pristine beauty of bamboo groves and white-tea plantations.
